Insurance Information
We work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. If you have any problems or questions, please ask our staff. They are well informed and up-to-date. Please bring your insurance information with you to the consultation so that we can expedite reimbursement.
In order to maximize your insurance coverage, we request that you provide us with both your medical and dental insurance information prior to your initial consultation. This will allow us to get insurance verification and appropriate approvals for treatment prior to your appointment. Our staff is very knowledgeable in dealing with all insurance related problems or questions. They will be happy to answer any questions or concerns that you may have. Please bring your insurance information with you to your initial visit.
